The structures of multiple antibodies, MZ1, MZ4, and MZ24 Fab, help show that a single-dose immunization of ZIKV purified inactivated vaccine (ZPIV) in a dengue virus (DENV)-experienced human elicited potent cross-neutralizing antibodies to both ZIKV and DENV. Data collection was performed at multiple APS MX beamlines including NE-CAT and this research is now featured on the APS website.
